Shipping policy

  • Live by Water is a small business located on the Connecticut shoreline. Each of our bracelets is handmade, and we print all of our items in house. We're all about quality, so please allow 5-7 business days for us to craft and ship your order. If we're out of stock in your fave color or size, we'll need a little extra time to make it for you, but we promise it'll be worth the wait!
  • We ship via USPS, and offer both USPS standard and premium options, for when you need your order a little quicker. Feel free to contact me at Debra@LivebyWaterMakeWaves.com and we'll work with you to find the quickest shipping solution.
  • Shipping is calculated based on purchase and added in once you fill out address information and prior to paying.
  • A shipping notification will be emailed to you with tracking information. If you have items shipping from both locations you will get tracking info from both.
  • Currently we ship orders in the Continental USA only
  • GIFT ITEMS: If you are shipping an item as a gift please fill out the comment area at check out. We will enclose your personalized gift message in the shipment.
